How EGL works

EGL is a community league for players 30 and over, run like a pro season. Season 0 is a free beta for North America.

Eligibility

You must be 30 or older. Every player confirms their date of birth and is approved by an admin, and links a Riot account they can prove they own. ID checks apply before any prize events.

Format

Teams play round-robin groups on league night, then the top teams go to double-elimination playoffs. Every series is best of three with a map veto, and the grand final is best of five.

Schedule

Matches happen on a fixed league night. Captains can agree to reschedule within the week's window. Check in 30 minutes before start; teams that don't show within the grace period forfeit.

Full rulebook coming before Season 0 opens.
